Rodney Baucom is a 5-time winner of the Singing News Large Market Announcer of the Year award. Formerly the General Manager and morning personality of the JoyFM network based in Winston Salem, North Carolina, Rodney now owns his own business called the Jubilee Radio Network. He and his wife, Kelly have four kids and live in Mooresville, North Carolina. In addition to his work with NQC Alive, Rodney also does voice-over work and spot production for stations.
